About these terms
This website is run by Clearer Health, a nutrition & wellness coaching service. You can contact us through the online contact form. By using the site, booking a consultation or buying a guide, you agree to these terms.
Medical disclaimer
Clearer Health shares general nutrition and lifestyle information for adults. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your GP, a registered dietitian or another qualified health professional. We are a nutrition & wellness coaching service and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, are under 18, or have (or think you may have) an eating disorder, please speak to your doctor before changing your diet. If you need urgent help, call NHS 111 or 999, or Samaritans on 116 123. For eating disorder support, visit beateatingdisorders.org.uk.
Consultations can remain anonymous, but identifying information such as age, sex, height and weight may still be required to give useful advice.
Do not share or distribute our booklets
It is illegal to share, copy, forward, upload, resell or otherwise distribute our booklets, guides or workbooks after you have bought them.
Every booklet is protected by copyright (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988). Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial licence for your own use only. Sharing a booklet with anyone else, in any form, including by email, messaging apps, social media or file-sharing sites, is not allowed and may lead to legal action.

Consultations
Consultations offer general nutrition and lifestyle guidance for adults aged 18 and over, through our online workbook. They are not a substitute for medical care, and we do not diagnose, treat or advise on medical conditions, medication or eating disorders. If something needs medical attention, we’ll suggest you speak to your GP.
Fees: a full consultation with completion of one workbook costs £20 (introductory offer). Prices are in pounds and are the total you pay. You’ll always be told the price before you pay.
Turnaround time
Booklets will be returned within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays. If there is an expected delay in processing your advice, we will be in contact to notify you of this individually.
Follow-up consultations
Follow-up consultations for advice that hasn’t worked are assessed on an individual basis. They will incur a cost if new issues are disclosed or the advice from the first consultation hasn’t been properly followed. For any further information, message us directly through the online contact form.
Cancelling a consultation
You have 14 days from booking to cancel for a full refund. If you ask for your advice to be provided within those 14 days, you’ll pay for any part already provided, and you lose the right to cancel once the advice has been returned. When you book, you’ll be asked to confirm: “I’d like my advice within 14 days.”
To cancel, message us through the online contact form with your name (or nickname) and booking date.
Digital guides
Guides are PDF downloads, available straight after purchase. Each guide in the shop shows its page count and format, and opens in any PDF reader. Prices are in pounds and are the total you pay.
Your 14-day right to cancel and digital downloads
Normally you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download starts, but only if you agreed to this at checkout. At checkout you’ll be asked to tick: “I want my download now and I understand that I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download starts.” Your order email will confirm that you agreed to immediate download and acknowledged losing your right to cancel.
If a guide is faulty or not as described, message us and we’ll fix it, replace it or refund you. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Licence for guides
